A 17-year-old Southlea Park schoolgirl, Getty Jeremiah, has been reported missing since last week.
Getty, a Form 4 student at Eagle Rise College in Glen Norah, was last seen by her mother leaving home on Sunday last week to buy a mathematical set for her O-Level exams.
She did not show up for the exams on Monday last week and her whereabouts remain unknown.
Getty’s mother, Thokozile Nyembezi, said her daughter left home at around 11am.
“We last saw her wearing a maroon dress and pumps.
“We reported the matter to the police who are investigating the case,” said Nyembezi.
She has urged anyone with information on Getty’s whereabouts to come forward.
