FOUR Kuwadzana men appeared in court last Thursday for allegedly luring, drugging and gang raping two teenage girls for close to a month.

Luckmore Muhomba, Allen Tswindi, Panashe Nyamande and Thomas Vurayayi appeared before Harare magistrate Taurai Manuwere, who remanded them in custody.

The court heard that early last month, the four enticed two 15-year-old girls to Muhomba’s place. They allegedly held the girls captive at the house and forced them to take crystal meth before repeatedly gang raping them.

When the girls did not return home, their families filed missing persons’ reports with the police.

The gang only released the girls on October 31 and they narrated their harrowing ordeal at the hands of the thugs.

Shepherd Makonde appeared for the State.
