FUNGISAI Zvakavapano has caused a stir with her latest hip-hop song titled Heartbreak.
She featured Baba Eija Dir Zorro on the track as she takes a new direction in her quest to win the hearts of the Zim Hip Hop community.
She has also collaborated with Silent Killer on a Zim dancehall track.
“I wanted to create a sound that will speak to people who might not normally listen to gospel music.
“Hip hop is one of the trending genres right now and I wanted to use it as a way to share my messages,” she said.
The response to the track Heartbreak has been overwhelmingly positive, with fans praising its infectious rhythms and lyrics.
“The feedback has been great and, for me, it’s all about whatever tools I have to connect with others and spread positive messages to the people.”
