A GAY couple was last week caught in the act by alert cops who were secretly tracking their movements following a tip off.
Forty-one-year-old Fiso Nyoni of 6715 Njelele Street and Tinotenda Musonza (22), were caught in the act while in their birthday suits at the latter’s homestead at Empress Growth Point in Zhombe.
For the offence, the couple was hauled before a Kwekwe Magistrate facing sodomy charges. Magistrate Storey Rushambwa remanded the couple in custody to 18 February for trial.
The court heard that on 2 February 2019 around 4pm, the two were downing beers at a bar.
Nyoni, the court heard, then approached Musonza and solicited for anal sex, of which he obliged.
The two then agreed to meet at Musonza’s homestead where they would take turns to feast on each other’s behinds.
Arm in arm, the two proceeded to Musonza’s homestead where they had anal sex.
Acting on a tip off, police officers who had been monitoring the couple’s movements, trailed the couple to the house.
Following several attempts of knocking without any response, the cops forced open the door where they saw the couple in their birthday suits, sweating from both the action and the heat.
The two were arrested and arraigned before the courts.
