Gem Boys regain lost lustre

Manica Diamonds have gone three Castle Lager Premiership fixtures without defeat after beating TelOne 2-1 at Ascot Stadium in Gweru today.
The away victory, their first of the season, follows the Gem Boys’ 3-1 win over Agama FC at Sakubva Stadium on Sunday and a 1-1 draw with FC Hunters at the same venue on Wednesday.
The three results will go a long way in helping the Mutare outfit, which was rooted to the bottom of the table for much of the first half of the 2026 season, evade the dreaded relegation chop.
