Geo Pomona has been applauded for assisting the City of Harare in clearing dumpsites in Ward 45 in the ongoing Chenesa Harare programme.
Ward 45 Councillor Jubilation Shoko told Herald Online that Geo Pomona deployed equipment during the past week to clear dumps in the ward.
“We have had a problem of dumps in much of Ward 45 and Ward 39. We got dump clearance in Chenesa Harare 1, and in between, we have engaged stakeholders who have assisted us.
“In ward 45, we would ordinarily get assistance to clear the dumpsites at Dzivarasekwa shops.
The guys have done a wonderful job. They have cleared all the dumps, even in areas where our equipment couldn’t reach; their equipment is that good.”
