GHETTO GETS ITS BEAUTY. . . Scores at Club Zone official opening

Entertainment Reporter

CLUB Zone in Highfield was packed to the rafters when it officially opened its doors last Thursday.

The capital’s socialites graced the event.

Pan Jap Motors boss, Brighton Ushendibaba, socialite Mahwindo and popular club wheel-spinners were part of those who were in attendance.

The midweek party lived to expectations as all the artists on the line-up had a good day in the office.

For the people of Highfield, last Thursday was indeed an early Christmas present as the spacious venue showed it’s going to be the venue of choice this festive season.

As was promised by the event, organisers – JB Family – everything was lit at the red carpet event.

Nestled in the heart of Machipisa, the exquisite joint has become the talk of town.

The JB Family seems to have adopted the Club Konka model where they are not only hosting live bands but mainly DJs.

The management said they are in favour of laid back music and those who perform with backtracks.

“Being situated in the ghetto, we want to prove a point that we can still bring class here in the high density suburbs.

“We are going to maintain the standards required of modern day clubbing.

“In short, Club Zone is the only place to be this festive season,” the management said.
