AN Epworth woman appeared in court on allegations of letting the man she hooked-up with for a one-night stand, rape her 13-year-old sister as she watched. The woman (22) is jointly charged with Daniel Matimati (24) and the pair is facing rape charges. Harare magistrate Mr Elijah Makomo remanded the two in custody to November 6.
They were advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
Prosecutor Mr Tungamirai Chakurira alleges that on October 19, the girl’s sister came home in the company of Matimati and another unidentified man.
The quartet slept in the same blanket.
It is alleged that the sister became intimate with the unidentified man while the young sister watched.
Matimati then undressed the 13-year-old girl and raped her.
She screamed for help asking the elder sister to come to her rescue.
The sister ignored her and she was raped in her presence.
