Young people are often referred as the leaders of tomorrow, yet in reality they are already leading important change today.
We might discover that young people are the experts in their own lives and experiences.
They know their biggest challenges.
They have the ideas and talent to create solutions if only we give them the chance.
By definition youth is that period when a person is full of energy, ambitions and zest for life.
The power possessed by youth is a recognised force today. The power or the energy can be used for both constructive and destructive purposes.
Young people have the ideas, the creativity and great energy to shape a better world.
Young people are full of hope and through innovation and imagination, they are problem solvers and have a great potential to generate a positive social change in the world.
In this article going to highlight how young people are so vital and they should be given opportunities everywhere.
As the Covid-19 pandemic is continuing ravaging the world, as youths we cannot simply hope that things will go back to normal.
We now have a chance to do things differently, to use our knowledge to steer our shared future toward meeting global goals on climate change and sustainable development.
We have the chance to build back a world that you, the youth, will want to inherit – and this starts with transforming systems and ourselves.
Youths we need you to be part of that process.
Young people are in a continuous search for the transcendence that generates the desire of helping the environment, countries, communities and families. With globalization and technology the world has even become smaller, with unlimited possibilities of connection, there is a unique chance for young people to unite in solidarity and empathize on real friendship.
Youth leadership skills are relevant to young people’s personal development, as well as their role within a group. On a personal level, youth experiences gain insight into themselves. This helps them analyse their strengths and weaknesses and set personal and vocational goals. On a group level, youth develop the ability to work with others to create a shared vision and to draw on the talents, skills, and energy of others.
The countries where youth give proper distribution towards the development of nation then it is responsibility of the government to provide them the proper opportunities to help them to fulfill their roles because without the help of the government it is difficult for youth to play their proper role towards the development of the country.
The parents role is also very important parents also need to pay proper intention on their young children and understand their feeling what their children wants them and what they need to guide them in order to play their role in the building a country.
The main roles and responsibility of youth are to give proper and complete intention to education, to guide the new coming young student, to play their vital role in the elimination of terrorism, to server the country with their talent and skills in the different fields, to take part in social and welfare activities, to need to work hard and utilize their own skills, to work with honestly and faithfully, to help to government to promote their country before the world.
Furthermore, awareness among youth is to be raised about the development issues and their potential roles in the country. It is also important to involve young people in the consultative process of designing policies that affect youth. If young people are inexperienced at work, they will also be inexperienced about policies but there are some important lessons that we have learned. For example, youths in their upper teens and 20s have been consulted, if not in decision-making, at least in informing them about legislation that would affect their lives. As such, the government policies and constitutional provisions which safeguard the needy will continue to be implemented.
Ignorance, fear, prejudice and apathy, if left unchecked, are fertile ground for breeding hatred, extremism, fatalism and fanaticism, which are the root causes of the world’s ills. So, youths of today play very significant role to demonstrate strong leadership potential, personal drive, and a passion and energy for making a difference in our community and country.
To conclude, the youth of today can do a marvelous job for the nation. With all the modern means of this computer age, where everything seems to be possible, why can’t the youth override the things done by the people in the past? We always consider the heroes of the past to be the evergreen characters. But today the youth with the proper use of the modern facilities should be evergreen characters for the times to come.
