GMB to commission stockfeeds plant

The new plant, once fully operational, is expected to ease current bottlenecks in the supply of stockfeeds.
GMB board chairperson Mr Charles Chikaura told New Ziana that the plant was nearing completion.

“Plans to complete the Norton plant are well advanced and we will commission it in June or July this year,” Chikaura said. The plant will have capacity to produce 10 tonnes of stockfeed per hour. It will be producing feed for a variety of livestock, including cattle, pigs, ostriches, chicken, goats and pets. Completion of the plant had been held back by lack of funds. – New Ziana.
