“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”— John 7:38.
In the heart of the believer abides the Godhead — the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God came to live in you for a purpose: to save you from sin and all the effects of it. Your Saviour also wants you to be His ambassador on earth, so the salvation of souls continues through the generations.
Jesus uses the metaphor “rivers of living water” to describe the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon believers. The living water represents the spiritual life and refreshment that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ.
He promises that those who believe in Him will receive the Holy Spirit, who will dwell within them and bring forth spiritual life and transformation. This promise emphasises the importance of faith in Jesus and the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer.
The living water symbolises the abundant and eternal life that believers receive through their relationship with Jesus. It represents the spiritual nourishment, satisfaction and fulfilment that can only be found in Him.

The Spirit is in you for work, and is at work. Follow Him as He leads and guides you every day.
