Popular sangoma turned DJ and podcaster Gogo Skhotheni has set the record straight.
Gogo Skhotheni, real name Tumi Motsoeneng, took to her social media timeline pouring cold water on rumours circulating about her having had a sexual encounter with reality TV star Mpumelelo Mseleku.
“I’ve never had any sexual encounter with Mpumelelo Mseleku. I swear on my ancestors life. I met him when he had to come to my podcast, even my ex-husband would testify on this if he could. I respected my marriage [and] never involved a third party, not even giving each other signs that we are doing each other that. Just because we are separated does not mean it’s because of a third party,” she said.
In January Gogo Skhotheni revealed she and her husband Monde had separated.
“I have been single for six months and people still think I am in a relationship. Maybe because my break-up with my ex was a matured one,” she wrote when announcing the news to her fans.
“Whenever we are seen together it’s because of our kids or business but besides everything. We are no longer dating, it’s been a while hle. We stopped following each other on all social media platforms 2022 late. We officially broke up six months ago.”
While there has been speculation she was allegedly abused by her ex-husband, Gogo Skhotheni refused to comment on the matter when TshisaLIVE reached out to her – Times.
