Bulawayo is set for a gospel music extravaganza on Sunday, with Everton Mlalazi and Blessing Jeduthun leading a star-studded line-up at the Unmuted Revival event set to be held at the Harvest House International Church (HHIC) Hosanna City Hub One.
The event which forms part of the Unmuted Revival hosted by HHIC, will bring together some of the city’s leading Gospel musicians, choirs and worship groups for a day of praise, worship and celebration.
These include Hosanna Hub Choir, Dunamis Men, Psalms Revealed, Women of Valour, IWorship, Predators and Vocal Ex, among others, in what promises to be a major Gospel music gathering.
Dubbed Unmuted Revival — “This Generation Will Be Heard”, the wider event will be hosted by Bishop Dr Collins Nyathi and Bishop Dr Sarah Nyathi, with the Sunday gathering focusing on spiritual awakening, deep encounters with God, and passionate praise and worship.
The teachings at the revival will centre on empowering believers to step confidently into their calling and ensure their faith is not kept silent.
Mlalazi confirmed his participation, saying he was looking forward to praising and worshipping with believers in his home city.
“I am truly honoured to be confirmed for the Unmuted Revival event taking place at the Harvest House International Hosanna City Hub One. I always feel great performing in my home city.
“People have to come in their numbers as we will be lifting up the name of Jesus and believing in God for a powerful move through ministry, praise and worship,” said Mlalazi.
Nkosi Herman representing Dunamis Men said its always a privilege to minister in the house of the Lord.
“We are the Psalmist of God and it is with great pleasure for us to do our work in ministering through music, as we were given these gifts by the Lord to serve Him. We are looking forward to a powerful event, as we are prepared to praise and worship with those who will attend,” said Herman.
