Govt releases 2025 school calendar

The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education has released the school calendar for next year.

According to the calendar, the First Term of 2025 will commence on Tuesday, January 14, and end on Thursday, April 10.

The Second Term will start on Tuesday, May 13, and end on Thursday, August 7, while the Third Term will begin on Tuesday, September 9, and end on Thursday, December 1.

Schools are set to open for the third term on September 10 and are expected to close on December 5.

The ministry said while the dates have been officially announced they can be changed.
