Govt urged to revive lost heritage

“The challenge with promoting our culture in Zimbabwe is lack of funds, the Government should inject funds through SMEs and anything that has to do with our culture to help revive our long lost heritage.” he said.

The theme for this year’s Culture Week was “Empowerment through cultural initiative” and was a platform through which several groups showcased Zimbabwe’s rich cultural heritage.
President of ZAACA Mr David Neshita said culture week was introduced to celebrate cultural diversity of Zimbabwe and the world in general.
