Mazarura took the Magwani brothers Ngonidzashe (29), Tinashe (27) and Spencer (24) to the Civil Court seeking a protection order against the trio.
Mr Mazarura told the court that he started staying with his grandsons in 1986 following the death of their father.
He said the three were spoiled but singled out Ngonidzashe as most terrible.
“I want them away from the whole of Highfield, they should go to where they want even in Chihota where their late father hails from.
“I started staying with them in 1986 when the eldest was three years old and now they cause me headaches. One day they will kill me,” he said.
Magistrate Mr Milton Serima told Mr Mazarura that he could not bar the three from Highfield.
Mr Serima, however, allowed the application and granted him the relief he sought.
“The three are bound to observe peace towards applicant, they should stop insulting or assaulting him,” said Mr Serima.
“They are ordered to immediately vacate and stay away from house Number 3113 Old Highfield, Harare,” he said.
