From the time I was a baby
Sucking from my mother’s breast,
Crying all day long, giving her no rest.
From the time I was a toddler
Running and jumping around,
Learning new things everyday
By observing the birds in the sky
To the insects that crawl on the ground.
To the age I am now
A learner in Grade 6
Preparing myself for the future
That is full of bliss.
