HAC HALF-MARATHON UNDERWAY IN HISTORIC FIRST EDITION

THE Highlanders Athletics Club (HAC) has officially kicked off its inaugural half-marathon this morning, marking a significant milestone in the club’s growing legacy.

For the first time in the event’s history, athletes are competing in a 21km race, a step up from previous editions which featured only 5km fun runs and 10km races.

The event also includes 10km and 5km races, which began at 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM respectively. Runners are following a clearly marked route along Airport Road, with designated turnaround points at 10.5km for the half-marathon, 5km for the 10km race, and 2.5km for the 5km event
