PASTOR Simba Woloza of Praise City Church says happy families are key in building strong nations.
The pastor was preaching to couples at a retreat in Goromonzi.
“God created heaven and earth in a family set up as the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
“God hates divorces and wants families to enjoy and have dominion over everything.
“Because of that, He said a man shall leave his father and mother to join his wife and the two shall be one.
“Please, take your partner as your customer.
“Building families is building the church, so let us treat our spouses with respect and see the goodness of God,” he said.
He added:
“One spouse might be a spender, while the other might be a saver, so work on your budgets together. Understand each other’s temper and you will experience the sweetness of marriage.”
