Songstress Novuyo Seagirl alongside her twinsister Lwandle Nomvula Dube turn 30 while the Venda Princess as actress Charmaine Mudau is known turns 28. Twitter trendsetter, Culxure Mag founder Kudakwashe Takundwa turns 31.
Novuyo Seagirl and Lwandle Nomvula Dube rose to fame around 2012 when they were signed under Sunshine Studios Stable and Novuyo Seagirl has stood firm to her career winning gong after gong while her sister has found refuge in the health sector.
With roots in Beitbridge,Mudau who is also an extensive academic has been scooping awards, among them Namas.
The lover of all things art, Kudakwashe Takundwa is slowly becoming the city’s arts guru as his establishment Culxure Mag has become a Twitter trendsetter and with the few resources it has managed to give up-and-coming artistes a platform for them to be known.
Without all these four, the arts sector in the city and particularly the country at large would not be at this stage as their contribution has been quite immense.
