The Harare City Council will introduce the housing electronic waiting system aimed at ending back-office dealings within its offices.

Harare City Mayor Jacob Mafume said this during a Press conference held at the Town House today.

Mayor Mafume said the new system is designed to streamline processes within council and provide residents with a more accessible means to interact with city services.

“We recognise the frustrations faced by our citizens due to bureaucratic delays and corruption. This electronic waiting system will allow real-time tracking of applications and reduce opportunities for unethical practices,” he said.
