A HARARE woman says her husband fondles her breasts while their child is watching.
Emma Mpeuze also accused her husband, Itai Katsogoro, of assaulting her in public places,
“Anondibata mazamu mwana akasvinura. He comes to my workplace and assaults me and fondles my breasts in front of people.
“I want him to be barred from my place of residence and workplace because I am tired of him,” said Emma.
Itai was in not in court and magistrate Mandlenkosi Ndlovu granted Emma the peace order.
He, however, advised Emma to formerly separate from Itai, saying the court cannot bar him from his home when they are still legally married.
