HIGHLANDERS FC officials have received the vehicles pledged by businessman Wicknell Chivayo following Bosso’s 1-0 victory over Dynamos F.C. in the Jairos Jiri Charity Cup at Barbourfields Stadium.

The delivery of the vehicles, valued at US$317 500, marks the fulfilment of Chivayo’s promise made after Highlanders’ triumph over their arch-rivals.
Head coach Benjani Mwaruwari received a brand-new 2026 Ford Everest 3.0D Limited Edition worth US$92 000.

Board chairman Luke Mnkandla took delivery of a Toyota Fortuner 2.8 4×2 GD6 valued at US$80 500, while chief executive officer Denzil Mnkandla and Highlanders Legends chairman Madinda Ndlovu each received Toyota Fortuners worth US$72 500.

In addition to the vehicles, Chivayo also pledged to disburse the remaining US$500 000 part of the US$1 million he pledged last season to the club, completing his financial commitment.
