MODEL Hillary Makaya is on cloud nine after clinching a regional ambassadorial role for Blaze.
The model, who was ecstatic about the deal, could not hide her joy on her IG page.
Below is the statement posted by Makaya on her Instagram page.
“Words cannot do justice to how excited I am, partnering with Blaze, as their new regional ambassador.
“I resonate with the brand as it captures all elements l embody, which are exclusivity, fun and class.
“The vision is clear and direct as our brand will be accessible, affordable and consumer centric.”
Makaya is one of the most popular models in the country. She once charmed the Zim dancehall chanter Enzo Ishall, who composed a song titled Hillary Makaya, expressing his love for her.
The song had the lines “. . . ndiri kutsoma Hillary”.
The song failed to lure the model, as she was in a serious relationship with her lover.
This prompted rapper Holy Ten to make fun of Enzo, in one of the diss songs, aimed at him.
However, some believe the song Makaya was a deal between the two to hype the name of the model.
