various errands.
A spitting distance from the robot-controlled intersection, along Enterprise Road, lies a completely different scenario — a tranquil and comfortable place to rest and enjoy in the ambience of tree-studded environs.

Sunshine Guest House is a modest and comfortable lodge. The superstructure struts out at the centre of lush green lawns, on the verge of which is a swimming pool looked over by a multifarious array of stone, wooden and metal sculptures.

The scent of exotic and indigenous flowers, blends into the nostrils as one enters. Huge, indigenous and exotic trees and flowers give the landscape a firm position as part of the comfort, you hardly get in the city, something preserved for the jungle.

You would not think you are in Highlands, only seven minutes drive from Harare’s Central Business District.

Sunshine Guest House offers suites, double and single rooms that are tastefully decorated and fitted with modern comfort offerings. The swimming pool is complemented by a flood-lit all-weather tennis court and jacuzzi.

The Guest House is one of the few places in Harare with a concept that one does not need to go far away from town to enjoy a weekend.

It provides Continental and English breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as braai meals.
With economic hardships many people might find it difficult to travel long distances outside town, then places like Sunshine Guest House, become handy. With a more than two metres high pre-cast concrete wall, 24-hour security service and secure parking, Sunshine Guest House is certainly home away from home.
