Homecoming party for Maneta

Maneta was disqualified from the reality show after an ugly showdown with compatriot Rockford “Roki” Josphats.

There will be a homecoming party for her at Jock and Saddle at Ascot Race Course and organisers are promising a party to remember.

One other organisers of the show, Babongile Sikhonjwa from Baller’s League, said followers of Big Brother Stargame would get a chance to meet her for the first time since she  was booted out.

Sikhonjwa said they are a number of activities that they have lined up for the party and people should therefore come in their numbers and enjoy themselves.

“Besides Maneta we will have another surprise guest on this night of fun,” he said.

He added that DJs from the Baller’s League would be doing what they know best on the decks.

“They will play reggae, hip-hop, Kwaito, House and RnB,” he said.

Meanwhile, the mining town of Kwekwe was last Friday night set ablaze when the other disqualified Big Brother Stargame housemate, Roki performed at Golden Mile Hotel at a show which was dubbed “Roki’s second welcome back party”.

The much publicised show lived up to its billing after Roki, as the controversial urban grooves artiste is popularly known in the music circles, put up a scintillating performance.

Roki who seemed to have been assisted by the Big Brother Stargame to come back into the limelight after spending years in a quagmire, came to the stage full of energy and serenaded Kwekwe music lovers.

The urban grooves artiste who was backed by his popular dance group Extra Chocolate had music fans who included gold panners, on their feet throughout the show.

The fans were in fact eating from his palm when he played his popular song, Chidzoka which proved to be the fans’ favourite as they kept on requesting it throughout the show although Roki did not bow to their demands

The Aiyawo singer also sampled a number of his latest songs.
