Hooker sells client’s property

A man from Colleen Bawn was left counting losses after he failed to pay for sexual services and the sex worker was left with no choice but to sell his property.

Privilege Moyo (32) had charged her regular client Mlamuli Ben $50 for whole night sexual services.

On the day in question, Mlamuli was broke so he gave her his “Open View” decoder and cellphone worth $400 as a guarantee promising to clear the $50 debt within three days.

However, he failed to clear the debt resulting in Moyo selling the Open View decoder.Mlamuli, in a bid to get back his property decided to make a false police report claiming that his property had been stolen from the house.

Police investigations led to the arrest of Moyo who then pleaded not guilty before magistrate Edmund Moyo narrating what had transpired.Moyo revealed that she sold the property after the agreed period lapsed.

To escape being punished, Moyo brought along witnesses and one of them was her landlord Vusumuzi Siwela who told the court that the two had a client-service provider relationship.

After getting overwhelming evidence that Mlamuli had made a false report, the magistrate warned him against the practice before acquitting Moyo.

The court heard that on 11 November 2018 at 2200hours, the accused broke into the complainant’s house and stole various items.

She sold the Open View decoder to a neighbour who informed the complainant. The decoder was recovered by the police resulting in the arrest of the accused. And she was also found in possession of complainant’s phone.Mlamuli claimed that stolen items included an Open View decoder, cellphone, 1 litre cooking oil, wallet containing US$20 and $106 bond.

Moyo was acquitted after the court discovered that Ben  made a false report.
