HSP Realty rebrands to drive regional and global expansion

Business Reporter

ZIMBABWEAN real estate firm House of Stone Properties has rebranded to HSP Realty as it positions itself for regional and international expansion amid growing interest in cross-border property investments.

The company said the rebranding is part of a broader corporate strategy aimed at strengthening its market identity and enhancing its competitiveness beyond Zimbabwe.

Speaking on the development, HSP Realty principal estate agent Ms Leonita Mhishi said the new brand reflects the company’s long-term vision of building an internationally recognised real estate business while maintaining its presence in the domestic market.

“The future of real estate is increasingly global. We have adopted a shorter, stronger and more memorable brand that reflects our expanding international presence and our commitment to delivering world-class service,” she said.

The rebranding comes as Zimbabwe’s property sector continues to attract interest from both local and diaspora investors, with real estate firms increasingly seeking strategic partnerships and new markets to drive growth.

Ms Mhishi said the company had strengthened its leadership structures, broadened its professional team and was enhancing service delivery as part of its expansion strategy.

She added that HSP Realty was also pursuing strategic international partnerships to widen investment opportunities for property buyers, sellers, developers and institutional investors.

Despite the change in corporate identity, the company said its operations, contractual obligations and existing client agreements would remain unaffected.
“All existing agreements and ongoing transactions will continue seamlessly under the new brand,” Ms Mhishi said.

She noted that the rebranding was intended to position the company for sustained growth while preserving the values and service standards that had established House of Stone Properties as a recognised player in Zimbabwe’s real estate sector.
