Hubby knocks house’s pillar while reversing killing wife on the spot

A CHINHOYI woman was killed on Tuesday after being crushed by a pillar that was accidentally knocked down by her husband while he reversed his vehicle.

The incident occurred at the couple’s Chinhoyi Riverside suburb house, claiming the life of one Mrs Mazvazva.

She was a teacher at Chaedza Primary School.

Mrs Mazvazva is reported to have died on the spot.

Mashonaland West provincial spokesperson, Inspector Ian Kohwera, confirmed the tragedy, adding that investigations were underway.
