A Zambian man identified as Martin Stampa reportedly collapsed after discovering his wife is his “landlord”.
Local news platforms reported that Martin lived in the house for 15 years, and was paying 3 500 kwacha (US$217) every month. It was also gathered that his wife was the one who always took the rent to his “landlord”.
However, an altercation ensued after the woman, identified as Lushomo, discovered that her husband was having an extramarital affair. Martin reportedly told his wife that he got a side chick because he wanted someone who was intelligent and engaged in smart conversations.
This riled Lushomo, who ended up spilling the beans and telling Martin that he is not intelligent enough as he has been paying her a monthly rent because the house they live in belongs to her.
On seeing the house’s title deeds, Martin collapsed. He was later resuscitated by concerned members of the public.

Mother, son in unholy ritual
A 42-year-old South Sudanese woman only identified as Ajak has confessed to sleeping with her son.
Ajak currently lives in the Netherlands with her son, only identified as Abel.
This is said to have been happening to ensure the son maintains his riches.
She disclosed that she had been intimate with her son every Wednesday for the past 14 years, as instructed by a witch doctor from whom he got his riches.
She added that the day she stops sleeping with her son, he would lose his wealth and die mysteriously.
Ajak is said to have once confessed the issue in church and the pastor of the Great Kingdom Church, Netherlands, prayed for her.
However, due to fears that her son would suffer and die painfully, Ajak reportedly went back to being the ‘keeper’ of his riches.
She continued with the sexual relationship.
Confessing to the media, she said: “I have been sleeping with my son Abel since 2002. He had just started his transportation business, which has now grown tremendously.
“He now owns a fleet of trucks, buses and other small cars.
“We are intimate every Wednesday and we do it at my house where the charm was buried.
“The price is that, once I stop sleeping with him, all our hard-earned wealth will vanish into thin air. My son will also die a very painful death.”

Medical technician arrested
Kevin Hakeem Pressley (24), an employee with the Brookhaven Fire Company Ambulance in the United States, was arrested on August 27 for lifting up a “semi-conscious” woman’s sports bra and taking pictures of her in the back of an ambulance.
The police said Pressley was among the emergency personnel tasked with rushing the woman, who was experiencing chest pains, from an urgent care centre on August 25.
On the way, Pressley — while caring for the victim in the back of the ambulance — reportedly exposed the woman’s breasts and took photos of her while she was in a “semi-conscious state”.
Pressley was charged with indecent assault, invasion of privacy, harassment and disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned on US$100 000 bail and is being detained at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Glen Mills.
Investigators received information that
he previously worked for other medical providers, and Brookhaven police are now asking any other potential victims to contact
