I CHEATED ON MY HUSBAND!

I am ashamed of what I did and I do not know what to do. I cheated on my husband with a man who is nothing close to what my husband is. I did it once and I have been unable to look at my husband in the eye.

It was in a moment of weakness that I let my guard down and broke my vows to be faithful tete. I cannot tell anyone what I did and it is driving me insane.

How can I let my husband touch me after I gave myself to his employee? How can I wake up in the morning and look at him watching me so lovingly? I am clothed, but naked tete. What can I do to get out of this prison I am in?

This is a real dilemma, but remember nothing is too broken to be fixed. Sometimes fixing things makes the appearance differ from the original and most times the bond is stronger. Right now you are feeling guilty and know that it is normal.

If you did not feel so, then there would be reason for concern, but this emotion you are registering confirms you are human! You need to make peace with yourself and move on. You desire to be freed from this arrest and bondage is not a good thing especially when the chains are too tight around the wrists.

Find a trusted individual in whom you can confide in the entire truth. If you need any medical attention do so now! If you suspect that you may be pregnant or exposed to infections, deal with it now and know the extent of the damage.

After you have all that sorted out, work through it one problem at a time till you get a resolution that will leave you free. I trust you to make the right choice and keep breathing!
