I have big organ — rapist

A BINGA man left the court stunned when he argued that his organ was too big to fit into a teenager’s private parts whom he was accused of having raped but admitted quenching his sexual desire by inserting his fingers instead.

Edmore Ndlovu (24) from Siamakhuyu Village told a Hwange court that his intention was to take the victim’s mobile phone but since he could not find it he opted to insert his fingers in her private parts since his organ was too big to fit in.

The 15-year-old girl is a Grade Six pupil at Nagangala Primary School.

Ndlovu appeared before Hwange regional magistrate Mr Dambudzo Malunga facing two charges, one for rape and the other for unlawful entry into premises. He pleaded guilty to aggravated indecent assault, that is inserting his finger into the girl’s private parts. Ndlovu was then sentenced to 12 years in prison of which two years were suspended for five years on condition that during that period he does not commit a similar crime.

When asked why he committed the crime, Ndlovu told the court that he was attracted to the girl and his aim was to take her mobile phone which he had spotted earlier on.

“I used to see this girl when my friends and I were drinking beer near her place so with time I got attracted to her. Then on the day I committed the crime I had the intention of taking her phone which I had seen earlier on but then I could not locate it in the room since it was too dark. So I decided to insert my finger in her private part since my organ was too big to fit in properly. Please forgive me your worship, I was heavily intoxicated after taking a lot of opaque beer,” he pleaded.

Prosecuting, Mr Tawanda Sigauke said on 9 March 2016, at around 9pm the girl went to sleep in the kitchen hut with her two siblings.

“At around 11pm Ndlovu entered the kitchen where the victim was sleeping and joined her in her blankets. He then inserted his finger inside the girl’s private parts without her consent. The girl then woke up after she realised that someone was busy fondling her private parts and she screamed calling her mother. Ndlovu quickly got up and ran away,” said Mr Sigauke.

The girl told her mother what had happened and Ndlovu was arrested.
