If I were a bird,

Life would be so beautiful,

I could go anywhere I wanted,

I could eat sweet ripe fruits from trees,

My life would be so different,

If l were a bird l would sing melodious songs.

 

If l were a bird,

I would fly in the bright sky till sunset,

And watch as the sun goes down,

I would catch fish from rivers,

I would hide from the prying eyes,

I would take a nap in the trees,

I wish I were a bird.
