CONTROVERSIAL comedienne, Felistas “Mai TT” Murata, has issued an apology to her United Kingdom fans.
Most of them indicated they would not attend her One Nite Only event in England on November 19, they criticised Mai TT for insulting them in the past.
She once said she did not care about people in the United Kingdom and does not envy them because they do some dirty jobs for a living.
However, this has come back to haunt her and Mai TT has been left with no option but to apologise.
“To all my fans in England, I have realised that some of you are not happy with what I said three years ago when Zizoe invited me.
“The message was not directed to all of you, but to someone I was insulting because the person was mocking me.
“That’s when I told her that I do not wish to stay in the UK and she must focus on taking care of the (elderly),” she said.
She claimed one of the people, who watched her live video, influenced others, claiming she had insulted her fans.
“I asked for forgiveness when this happened. There is no way I can disrespect my fans in England because we are into business together.
“I, however, apologise to those who feel that I insulted them, and if you are not coming for the event, I totally understand.”
She thanked the 100 people, who have secured their seats, at the event.
“Vari kuuya kuEvent ivo 100 ivavo nevamwe vachatenga matickets, thank you.
“Varikuti vakatukwa neni sorry henyu, chero mukasauya, I love you still,” she said.
