Inaugural Rainbow Splash Expo to be held in Harare

The inaugural Rainbow Splash Kids and Teens Expo 2013 will be held in Harare at Prince Edward High School in December.
The Rainbow Splash, which is being organised by Minana Yoga Investments aims at giving families a chance to take part in a wide range of activities.
Some of them include entertainment and businesses that can benefit them.

“We think this will be a great opportunity for families to connect with each other and the community.
“Kids will have an explosion with the activities we have planned and we want them to explore their talents,” Tendayi Mautsi, who is the marketing manager said.

This event lined up from December 6 to 8 will also see exhibitors showcasing their products and some sports event.
“On the day there is going to be a basket ball match and soccer tournament. We are also going to crown Miss Rainbow on the day,” said Mautsi.

Rainbow Splash will not only be about entertainment but also but also teach them to organise activities in the community.
Research shows that physical activity helps kids boost academic achievements and improve communication at home.
