With little to no game time I jumped ship when I got offered a contract to study and play varsity rugby at UCT(2013). When Pieter de Velliers the former sables and springbok coach lured me across town to UWC(2014-2017). I did not hesitate. I then spent four years there. During my years at UWC I got my first sables cap in (2016)”
