INGWEBU Breweries has launched its summer promotion aimed at improving its services, boosting business and contributing to national economic growth. Speaking at the launch of the 100 years Siburorotha S’jaiva Sonke Summer Promotion, the managing director Mr Reginald Ndhlovu said:
“We just do not aim at increasing volumes, making more money for Bulawayo but at the end of the promotion our service to you should have improved in leaps and bounds,” he said.
Mr Ndhlovu said through the promotion they want to promote growth in the economy.
He said they give a discounted price for the popular Shake It. Instead of going for $0,55 a pack, it would be a $1 for two packs during the promotion.
“We promise you a discounted price for the Shake It, a new identity in our promotional colours. You will see a new look Shake It, a purple top for the royal calabash,” he said.
Mr Ndhlovu said this year’s promotion is different because of the excellent, high quality and consistent product on offer.
The promotion will run from today to 11 January 2014 and there are a lot of prizes to be won.
He said they are going to be conducting weekly draws where bicycles, solar lamps and ox-drawn ploughs are going to be given away.
The grand draw will be held on 13 January 2014 when the winner will get a car, while first and second runners-up will walk away with a 42-inch LED plasma screen television and a refrigerator respectively.
