HB:-What is Quest Vitality On The Go Token?
GM: Quest Vitality On The Go Token is a platform that allows every person living in Zimbabwe to buy prepaid health tokens. They can then load and redeem them for high-quality, private healthcare services available at highly competitive rates.
Tokens can be redeemed at any GP (General Practitioner) within the national Quest Vitality GP network.

HB:-Do I need to be a member of a private medical scheme to access Quest Vitality On The Go Token?
GM: You do not need to be a member of a medical aid to use Quest Vitality on The Go Token.
HB:-Do I have to be over a certain age to access Quest Vitality On The Token?
GM: Anyone living in Zimbabwe can access the platform, but minors should be accompanied by an adult when receiving healthcare services.
HB:-How many times can I use the same token?
GM: You can only use the token once. A token gives you access to one consultation.
HB: Where can I buy Quest Vitality On The Go Token or top up Quest Vitality On The Go Token?
GM: After the first purchase and prepaid account is registered on the Quest Vitality On The Go Token platform; tokens can be purchased from the platform to top up using EcoCash, OneMoney and Paynow.
HB:-Where can I use Quest Vitality on The Go Token?
GM: You can redeem the tokens at any GP within the Quest Vitality Prepaid Network.
HB:-What is the Quest Vitality prepaid health network?
GM: The Prepaid Network is a list of carefully selected GPs who form part of the Quest Vitality Med Prepaid Health Network, and they accept Quest Vitality Med Prepaid Health tokens. GPs within the network are located nationally.
Customers can use the platform to find a doctor in the network who accepts prepaid token and make an appointment for a consultation.
HB:)S)-Which healthcare services can I pay for using Quest Vitality On The Go Token?
GM: You can use your Quest Vitality On The Go Token balance for any service available on the Quest Vitality On The Go Token platform.
Currently available:
US$20 GP plus Meds: This token covers a face-to-face consultation with a GP in our network and includes medicine as the GP prescribes and provides.

HB:-Quest Vitality On The Token ensures maximum value for money when accessing high-quality, private, primary healthcare. For example, you can get a face-to-face visit with a Quest Vitality network GP and medicine, all-inclusive at US$20.
