One of the members, Vusa Mkhaya said the three-member group whose artistes are all pursuing solo careers, is working on new projects as a group as they seek to revive their successful stint in the creative sector.

“The group is working behind the scenes on some new projects that we can’t reveal at the moment. For now, we’re not active publicly because of the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the arts sector big time as tours, shows and events have all been cancelled.

“Our 2021 goals are to go back on the road and perform at festivals and theatres,” said Mkhaya.

The trio is remembered by many for its uplifting performances filled with harmonious acappella singing, traditional chants and superb choreography. A particular highlight of their live shows is the energetic performance of the traditional gumboot dance. – @mthabisi_mthire
