Wonders, they say, never end!
A court in Nkayi heard that an intruder entered a house in the middle of the night and tiptoed to the bedroom where he found a couple fast asleep. He then gently pushed the man aside and went on top of his naked wife who responded reasonably well, when he started fondling her breasts and privates thinking it was her husband.
However, it is reported that the intruder’s midnight romance was scuttled when he hastily ejaculated on the woman’s thighs raising her suspicions before she quickly woke up only to discover that the man who was caressing her was not her husband but a stranger.
She screamed for help awakening her husband forcing the intruder, Judge Moyo (31), from Sinyombo village under Chief Tshugulu, to bolt from the house and make good his escape.
Nevertheless, the daring Moyo did not get away with his little masculine charm when he was later apprehended after his victim (name withheld) positively identified his bald head.
Moyo’s antics were exposed before Nkayi magistrate Mr Ndumo Masuku where he was being charged with two counts of unlawful entry and indecent assault.
He pleaded not guilty to both counts but was convicted and sentenced to an effective 36 months imprisonment.
It was proved that on 9 April, the complaint and her husband secured their house by closing all the windows and doors before they retired to bed.
During the night Moyo came and gained entry through the window. While in the house, he proceeded to the couple’s bedroom where he found them fast asleep.
The daring Moyo pushed the complainant’s husband aside and immediately went on top of his wife and started caressing her all over the body.
The woman later woke up after the accused had ejaculated on her when she discovered that it was not her husband.
The woman lit her cellphone torch and noticed that the accused was bald headed.
Moyo was later arrested after the complaint positively identified him with his bald head at Nkayi Business Centre.
