Irresistible faith does not flow with the tide

been facing stubborn situations in your life, finances, relationships, health or in your spiritual life?
I have a key to share with you today, Irresistible faith. It has the capacity to turn around your situation and bring celebration, joy and excitement where the enemy intended tears, pain and suffering. Read on and learn how with your faith, you can get your circumstance resolved.
The Bible has an account of three Hebrew young men, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who had been engrafted in Babylon’s ruler ship and system under King Nebuchadnezzar.

It so happened that the king made an image of gold which he set up in the plain of Dura. At the blowing of various musical instruments all people were to “fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar hath set up: And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace”  Daniel 3:5-6. To the surprise of the king and all Babylonians, upon the blowing of the trumpet, all people bowed to the image except for the three young men!
The first thing you need to understand about irresistible faith is that, irresistible faith does not flow with the tide. The fact that everyone else is doing something doesn’t mean you should also do it.

It could be a line of business, a wave in the community or a trend running through a system or a generation. Stand your ground as a child of God and go against the current.
If God does not tell you to do something, no-matter how many people are doing it, don’t do it! With the current rate of promiscuity it’s easy to say “let me cheat on my wife or husband because everyone is doing it.” No, no, no.

Irresistible faith knows no pressure, nor conformity. Like fish, a child of God was meant to be different and swim upstream, against the current.
Not every door is your door, so do not be compelled against God’s word in all you do. Wait on God and boldly remain unmoved. Irresistible faith does not flow with the tide!
The king liked the young men so much such that when he saw them standing while all others were bowed down he thought they were joking and gave them a second chance.
“Is it true, O Shadrach Meshach and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods nor worship the golden image which I have set up? Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound . . .  ye fall down and worship the image which I have made well, but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace”  said the King, Daniel 3:14-15.

Friend hear this, irresistible faith doesn’t joke. When it says something or declares it, it means it.
When irresistible faith says I will drive my own car, it doesn’t later change and say “O I was just joking about the car”, No, No, No friends! Irresistible faith doesn’t joke. Don’t joke with failure.

We have so many people who aim for something by faith and even speak it. When a challenge or difficulty arises, they change their confession of faith and say “O no I was joking about having my own house.”

Shadrach Meshach and Abednego were not joking about their stance in refusing to bow to the idol. Refuse second chances to fail, refuse to joke about your faith and your miracle- irresistible faith doesn’t joke. If it’s a yes it’s a yes. May what you have faith for be a yes today in Jesus name!

Upon seeing that Shadrach Meshach and Abednego were not joking “O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand O king” they answered back, Daniel 3:16-17.

This reply angered the king who in his wrath commanded the furnace to be made seven times hotter. Each time situations notice you are not joking about your miracle, intimidation comes in!

The third thing you need to know reader is that irresistible faith is not intimidated.
If God says it’s possible it’s possible. If he says you can do it, you can do it! All he needs from you is partnership. You do your part and live the rest to Him, He also does His part. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego did their part.

They stood their ground in irresistible faith and surely their God came through for them and delivered them.
Is there a seemingly insurmountable mountain in your finances?
Struggling to clear a huge and haunting debt?
Struggling to stay off-drugs and being who you want to be?

I have a good word for you — that mountain will move over! Do not be intimidated. Stand on the Word of God and you will soon have a testimony to tell.  Irresistible faith is not intimidated. Don’t be intimidated. No-matter what you are told by those against you, no-matter they threaten you with charms and witchcraft, friend; Irresistible faith is not moved or intimidated!

Lastly irresistible faith causes you not to change your mind even if God does not do something the way you think it. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego told the king, “But if not, be it known unto thee O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up” Daniel 3:18, implying that even if it appears God would not deliver them, they would nevertheless not give in to bowing to the kings gods.

Irresistible faith has no room for giving up; no room for reverse nor failure. It’s just forward never backward. No-matter what direction things seem to be going, remain resolute in faith and confidence in God. God; never, never, never fails! With irresistible faith, like men and women of old you can move any mountain, subdue any force, open any door and do the impossible!

Do no flow with the tide, do not joke about your miracle, refuse to be intimidated and don’t change your position even God doesn’t answer in a way you think. Be resolute. Be steadfast and always remember, “with men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible” Mark 10:27. I have prayed for you; that your faith may not waver but be emboldened and work for you in Jesus name.
