Tino was also the recipient of the tournament’s Golden Boot.
Tino, 21, also made it into the11 Soccer Stars of the Year.
He said the award is something which came as a surprise to him.
“I’m feeling great about this award. It’s something I wasn’t expecting considering that there are people who have fans out there, but I really appreciate everyone who voted for me,” said Tino.
“I’m really grateful and I want to promise all those who have been supporting me a better 2023 season.
“I believe I haven’t achieved my best target yet. My dream is to play for the Warriors.”
The award was voted for online by football fans.
