adminISIBAYA actress Jessica Nkosi is single and not looking, after recently being burned in a love triangle involving cast mate Nomzamo Mbatha and Idols SA winner Khaya Mthethwa.
The 25-year-old told True Love magazine the episode had reminded her to “learn and be comfortable with walking alone sometimes”.
“Anyway, I’m too young and too busy with work to focus on relationships right now . . . This fame thing can get overwhelming sometimes but you’ve got to have a thick skin – you should know yourself and what you stand for.
“The industry is cut throat and you always need to be on top of your game, which doesn’t leave much room for personal relationships and family time,” Nkosi said.
The actress was fingered as having started dating Mthethwa while he was with Mbatha.
The Idols winner and the Isibaya beauty were engaged with Mthethwa having paid lobola and bought her a diamond ring.
A report detailing Nkosi’s alleged betrayal emerged last month, saying she had sent e-mail and images to Mthethwa behind Mbatha’s back.
Mbatha and Nkosi’s friendship has not been repaired and the two have not been spotted together ever since. – TimesLive
