ISO certification for NicozDiamond

NicozDiamond has received an International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001 certification from the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ).


The ISO 9001 of 2015 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Speaking at the handover ceremony of the certification, NicozDiamond general insurance cluster CEO, Mr David Nyabadza said the certification is a testament to the organisation’s quality work.

“As we celebrate the achievement today, let us also cast our gaze towards the future,” he said.

“The journey ahead is one filled with promise and potential, where our commitment to quality and excellence will continue to be the cornerstone of how we conduct our business and aim towards contributing to the country’s vision.

“In the coming years, we anticipate a future defined by innovation, sustainability, and adaptability, where the principles embedded in our ISO certification will guide us towards continued success and a prosperous country.”

The certification, Mr Nyabadza added, will ensure improved customer satisfaction by focusing on quality to enhance services.
