Its City to City, legends event galore this weekend

Mutare is set to come alive as the highly-anticipated City to City music event makes its debut in the eastern border city for the very first time tomorrow (Saturday).

 

Known for lighting up stages in cities like Gweru and Masvingo, the event will descend on Mutare this weekend, bringing with it a star-studded line-up of Zimbabwe’s most sought-after artistes.

 

The show kicks off at 6pm.

Dancehall giants, Freeman, Killer T, Enzo Ishall, Seh Calaz, Voltz and Master H are all set to take to the stage in what is expected to be an unforgettable musical showdown.

 

Adding to the excitement, a stellar line-up of DJs led by DJ Candyman, Merciless and Don Family as well as Spy will keep the energy high throughout the night.

The DJs are known for their versatility on the decks.

 

Other festivities including jumping castles for kids and mouth-watering braai are expected to add flavour to the main event.

Chitsa Bar and Liquids

This Thursday kicks things off with great vibes and refreshing specials, followed by the unbeatable Friday Feeling and Supreme Saturday party energy brought to life by DJs Stixxie, Popinjo, and Tea Maffin.

 

These DJs will be spinning the hottest beats to keep you moving all night long.

 

On Sunday, patrons will unwind and take a musical journey with Sounds of Africa, featuring old-school specialist, DJ Tawaz, who will deliver timeless classics and Afro grooves.

 

The rhythm will be kept alive with Africa Day Reloaded on Monday where patrons will celebrate the continent’s rich culture through sound and spirit.

FC Lounge

Revellers are in for a treat this weekend at the Courtauld Theatre-housed joint, starting today (Friday) where Nyathi will be running a promotion of their new brands on the market.

 

The buy two and get one promotion will run for two days on Friday and Saturday.

 

A surprise DJ will be on tow to serenade revellers as they celebrate Africa Day.

Mutare Sports Club

In a rare, yet scintillating entertainment event, the spacious multi-sport joint will tomorrow host the Dancing with the Legends event.

 

Music of African musical legends will be played all night, giving patrons some time to dance and party as party of the Africa Day celebrations.

 

The event, hosted by Crotext Health, will be supported by talented DJ, Lampy, popularly known as Zkit.

 

The event starts at 6pm till late.

Platinum Night Club

Popularly known as PaStavo, the popular joint situated at Muchena Business Centre, hosts an array of events this weekend with selected DJs taking turns to entertain patrons on the turntables starting tonight.

 

Every Thursday, youthful and exciting disc spinner, Zincyard headlines the Ladies Night, an event which has proven popular among lady patrons.

his and other Friday, DJs Tawaz and Vybz will entertain patrons dropping beats of old and new school.

 

Patrons will enjoy activities such as braai while enjoy pool.

Club Mandisa

Glamour and high-energy entertainment take centre stage in the VIP section, starting tonight and running throughout the week, as more than 32 dazzling vixens deliver captivating performances.

 

Vixens will provide sultry pole routines that promise to light up the night from 8pm to 3am all weekend long.

 

The main auditorium will be buzzing with an eclectic mix of music from timeless old-school hits to the fresh new school bangers courtesy of dynamic DJs Nasty, Cante, and Smokes.

Galaxy Nite Spot

The joint brings together pool enthusiasts from across Mutare for the potentially-scintillating Ladies and One Man Master’s Tournament scheduled for tomorrow.

 

The tournament which is organised by the Mutare Pool League, will see pool players competing in race to three and race to five.

 

Popularly known as PaGombaz, situated in Area 16, Dangamvura disc spinners led by DJ Nash will provide undiluted entertainment.
