ZIFA Northern Region Division One Friday fixtures have become some kind of box office attraction among football fans.
The matches have been attracting big numbers and today it’s likely to be the same story when leaders Harare City host unpredictable Karoi United.
The double action at Motor Action Sports Club will also see Craneborne Bullets taking on Shamva Mine at the same venue.
The Sunshine Boys-Karoi match gets underway at midday.
Harare City are yet to taste defeat in the current campaign after 10 games.
They are under the guidance of coach Newsome Mutema after Herbert Maruwa joined TelOne.
Karoi United coach, Wonder Ngoko, has been doing well since he replaced Elvis “Chuchu” Chiweshe.
He has managed a win and two draws and believes his team is now gelling.
“We are going to face an in-form side which I believe has been doing well, but I think we are ready.
“The boys now understand each other better and they are improving with each passing day.
“As a visiting team, we will try our best to manage the game so that we get a positive result. I am happy with the way the Karoi community have welcomed me so I will give back to them by winning such games.
“It will be one of our toughest game but we need a result,” said Ngoko.
Tomorrow, Golden Eagles have a blockbuster battle against Scottland.
