Through her storytelling, she aims to inspire and empower individuals, particularly within the Zimbabwean community.

Active on multiple social media platforms, Jackie shares motivational content and personal insights to connect with her audience.

Through the “Ladies Vision Picnic”, Jackie Ngarande hopes to encourage participants to identify and articulate their personal and professional goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-efficacy.
She stated, “It’s my wish to help attendees gain clarity on their aspirations by visualising their objectives through creative expression on vision boards.”

The event will also provide tools and strategies for setting achievable goals and developing actionable plans to reach them. Jackie added, “We hope to inspire participants with motivational talks, workshops, and guest speakers who will share their journeys and success stories. Additionally, we aim to facilitate moments for self-reflection and mindfulness, allowing participants to connect deeply with their aspirations and values.”
