Jah Prayzah, Platinum Prince and Mbeu will tonight share the stage at Pamuzinda at a show that will be a mixture of genres.
Jah Prayzah is currently riding high with his latest album “Mudhara Vachauya” that has invaded playlists at various public functions while Mbeu is proving to be a future star with his outstanding performances backed by Mhodzi Tribe. Platinum Prince will add dancehall flavour to the show.
Many other gigs are lined up in Harare this weekend and below are some of them:
FRIDAY
The Indian Cultural Festival continues. Running under the theme “India in The Sunshine City”, Friday will witness the last few parts of the festival at The Spotlight.
Sungura musician, Romeo Gasa will be launching an album title “Bhoo Zvekuti” at Pensao Portugal Restaurant.
The second session of Entertainment Law Clinics will be taking place at Music Crossroads Academy in Belgravia.
The Queen of Mbira, Hope Masike will be celebrating her birthday at Theatre in The Park and she will be supported by Victor Kunonga.
Alexio Kawara and The Shades of Black will be performing live at Time and Jazz Cafe.
SATURDAY
The big one tomorrow is the Golden Pilsener Afro-Fusion concert which will see Jah Prayzah performing alongside South Africa songstress Bucie and DJ Tira.
Hip-hop newbie T-Gonz will be launching his album at The Volt.
The Headmaster Bob Nyabinde will be performing at PanAfrica Restaurant where he is expected to dish out his classics.
SUNDAY
Harare Jazz Trio will perform mainly Zimbabwean folk tunes in Classic jazz style at Chez Zandi. — Bistro & Wine Bar
