“We performed at the venue a long time ago and this will be a good return for us. We promise our fans from Glen Norah and surrounding places a memorable night of music and dance,” said Jah Prayzah.

“We are soldiers of entertainment and we will fight hard to give our fans the best all the time. We are enjoying the reception we are receiving at our shows these days and we are ready for another night of fun.”

The Palace Bar proprietor Simbarashe Chiweshe said they are honoured to host Jah Prayzah and his Third Generation.
“He is doing well in showbiz and his group is powerful. We are inviting people to come and have fun with the musician. We have put in place a good programme for the whole night and we promise the best. It would also be good to see how Mopo does his things,” said Chiweshe.

Meanwhile, after tonight’s show, Jah Prayzah travels to Marondera for a show at Legends Sports Bar in Nyameni. The musician makes a return to the Mashonaland East Capital after a long time.

He will be sharing stage with Jean Masters at the show.
Jean Masters promised to give her best at the show.

“We are happy that as upcoming artists we are given the chance to perform on such platforms so we will do our best,” she said.
She said she was working on a new album that will be released by the end of the year.

“I was supposed to release the album in February but I failed so we are finalising it now,” she said.
Show promoter Daniel Masaiti said they were looking forward to a great show.

“I have worked with these two artists and they have shown me high level of professionalism so this weekend they will be performing here,” he said.
He added that they add a local reggae group House of Stone to give what they have to the fans.

“We don’t select artistes but we give them equal chances to perform. This is his chance to present what he has to offer,” he said. Legends Bar has brought life to the usually sleepy town of Marondera and a number of artistes have performed at the joint.
