MULTI award winner Jah Prayzah brought the City of Gweru to a standstill on Saturday evening when he performed alongside Killer T at Midlands Hotel.
The show that was organised by 2Kings Entertainment, drew a huge crowd despite the cold weather.
Jah Prayzah real name Mukudzei Mukombe proved to the Gweru revellers why he is the holder of many music accolades.
Clad in his signature camouflage, he performed songs like Tsviriyo, Kumbumura Mhute, Maria and, Sungano much to the delight of the fans.
Jah Prayzah also took the opportunity to perform the song Hossana, which is from his upcoming album that is due in August. The new song sent the revellers into a frenzy.
When he played songs from his recent album Jerusarema, the excited crowd went into overdrive.
He bombarded the huge crowd with hit after hit as the fans sang along songs like Eriza, Chinamira, Jerusarema, Tiise Maoko and Zama.
The enthusiastic fans were kept on their feet until the end of the show.
Killer T also did not disappoint when he hit the stage. The dancehall chanter of the hot property fame dished out songs like Chikorobho, Itai ndione and Vanondibatirana which he did with Fungisai Zvakavapano-Mashavave much to excitement of the fans who could be heard whistling and screaming.
Chairman, as Killer T is known to his fans, also dished out a new single Handigoni zvese saying it was dedicated to the fans.
“Handigoni zvese is my new single dedicated to my fans. It’s an encouraging song which seeks to inform fans that no person is able to please everyone,” said Killer T.
